Return and Refund Policy

At Gazawi, we are dedicated to providing you with the most accurate and detailed product descriptions possible, so you exactly know what to expect when your order arrives. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase, and to have a clear understanding of the products they are buying.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us via our email. We cannot guarantee cancellation as orders are immediately passed on to our warehouse. If it has already been processed or shipped we are unable  to cancel your order. 

RETURN POLICY:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, you can contact us via contact@gazawi.com. Items send back to us without first requesting will not be accepted. We accept new, unused items including the tag only. The return address is mentioned on the packaging of your order. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. The customer is responsible for the return shippingcosts costs. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your returns after we receive your return package. After receiving your return item(s), we will transfer the value of the items to your bank account within 1 to 5 working days.  

REFUND

Please note: that we are not responsible for late or missing refunds if applicable. If you haven't received a refund yet while following the steps above, please check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
